Who We Are

Founded in 2023, Jr Hoops is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Glendale, California. Jr Hoops features a youth basketball league dedicated to providing beginner to intermediate players with a supportive and inclusive environment to learn and enjoy the game.

Jr Hoops is powered by LA Select, a prestigious AAU club established in 2011. With over a decade of expertise in competitive travel basketball, LA Select now aims to make its impact at the recreational level.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to promote personal development through basketball while fostering a supportive environment to instill a lifelong love for the game.

Jr Hoops will put the "fun" back in fundamental basketball learning. Our approach revolves around creating a positive and enjoyable experience for young players, regardless of their skill level.

Through engaging practices, inclusive games, and a friendly atmosphere, Jr Hoops will ensure that every child will feel valued and excited about their basketball journey.
